Issue:
Multiple matter folders are being displayed in the (Faster Suite) folder in Outlook.
Explanation:
Faster Mail's (Faster Suite) Outlook folder is completely dynamic, meaning when a matter status changes, a client is renamed, or any other information is changed in Clio, the emails in the (Faster Suite) folder will be reorganized to match. This also happens when changing the organization structure of the folders in the (Faster Suite) folder.
Faster Mail will not delete anything without being specifically told to, so when emails move to a new folder, the old folder, which is now empty, will remain. This can lead to having duplicate folders in the (Faster Suite) folder in Outlook.

Resolution:
To resolve this issue, we simply need to delete the empty folders. This can be done manually through Outlook, or automatically using Faster Mail.
To delete empty folders automatically, follow these steps:
To delete empty folders automatically, follow these steps:
- Go to "Mail" on the Faster Ribbon and select "Reorganize EMails"
- Check the box labeled "Also delete empty folders" and click "Yes"
Faster Mail will begin reorganizing your emails based on the folder structure you currently have set and delete any empty folders that remain after moving the emails. This process can take a while depending on how many matters and emails you have in Clio.
