Whenever an email message is saved with Faster Mail, the email is automatically categorized in Outlook in a folder based on the matter.
As you see in the image above, Faster Mail will create a folder in the inbox named "(Faster Suite)" (formerly "AlphaDrive") as well as sub-folders that correspond to the client and the matter. Both received emails that have been filed and sent emails that have been filed will be preserved to this location.
How do I turn this off?
If you would like the preserved emails to remain in their original location after preservation, you can set this up in settings. Go to Faster Suite > Settings > Message Preservation > Outlook Cleanup and select the drop-down that says "After an email has been saved to Clio", then select "Do Nothing". Faster Mail will save the email to the Communications and Documents tabs in Clio, but not organize them inside Outlook.
Have a legacy Email Filer?
If you have a legacy email filer, Faster Mail will attempt to reuse the folders so that you do not end up having multiple folders for the same content.
