Faster Mail: Option to automatically preserve emails without preservation prompt

Modified on Mon, 01 May 2023 at 06:14 AM

Users would like to have the option to automatically preserve emails using the default settings for Faster Mail if the subject line of the email contacts a CMID#.  For example, sending an email with [CMID#123456789] in the subject will cause the email to be preserved to the default folder with the default names, and the attachments will be extracted to the default attachment folder with the default attachment names.

This will be useful for users that send and receive hundreds of emails each day that include the CMID# in the subject of emails and typically file emails using their default settings.
