When Click to File stores emails in Outlook, it stores them using the name of the client and the name of the matter, however, it does not store any information that directly links the clients and matters to Clio. If you were to rename a matter in Clio, it essentially "breaks" the link that Click to File has to that matter.
Because of this, the Faster Suite Import from Click to File feature operates on a "best effort" methodology. Any folders that Click to File still has linked to Clio will be able to be imported, but if matters have been renamed, moved, or such, and the Click to File link is broken, Faster Suite will not be able to import the emails.
