UPDATE: this issue has been resolved with version 2026.4.18 of Faster Suite. If you experience the issue described below, please download the most recent version of Faster Suite.
We are aware of an issue that causes the error message below to appear when accessing a folder through Faster Drive. Windows will notify you that "The parameter is incorrect".
This issue is potentially caused by a corrupted file(s) in the Clio folder. The corrupted file(s) cause(s) a disruption in data being displayed on Windows File Explorer. Until this is resolved, users are encouraged to delete any files that may be corrupted in Clio.
