Users would like some additional folders inside the "Request Tracker" folder that is stored inside the matter folder in Faster Drive:
- Create a separate folder that stores the .json files as having multiple entries will clutter this folder
- Create separate folders for each provider that has attachments, and when an attachment is linked to the provider, save a copy of the attachment into that provider’s folder in Faster Drive (linked from the icon mentioned in the feature request for changes to columns on the overview page)
