We are aware of an issue that causes some tokens to not pull the correct information from Outlook when preserving emails. This is because Faster Mail does not pull this information from your contacts in Outlook, but rather from the email itself, so if the other party doesn't have their information set up, that information won't be available in the email and won't pull correctly when preserving. We are in the process of enhancing this feature to cross reference email addresses with Outlook and Clio contacts to more accurately populate these fields.
