Faster Mail: Tokens not pulling information correctly

We are aware of an issue that is causing Faster Mail to incorrectly populate sender and receiver information in the default description field of preserved emails.  Until this is resolved, please rename preserved emails manually through the Preserve EMails window.


RESOLVED
This issue has been resolved.

Recipient and Sender Emails tokens will now populate the desired information when used in the naming convention of preserved emails. Naming of preserved emails can be set by going to:


Faster Suite > Settings > Message Preservation > Messages
