ISSUE
We are aware of an issue where the login screen freezes and turns white after selecting your Clio cloud region. This is caused by a bug in a newer Intel graphics card. The graphics card affected by the bug is the "Intel Iris XE Graphics".
RESOLUTION
Intel has released a resolution for this bug in the form of Beta driver 30.0.100.9667. This is addressed in this article. Please contact your IT professional to determine if this resolution is applicable to you.
