Installing Faster Suite

Installing Faster Suite is a breeze. Just follow along with the video or follow these simple steps to get going with the #1 suite of apps for Clio.

1. Log Into your PC

Faster Suite performs a per-user installation so each user should install Faster Suite under their own Windows login. If you log into your client's PC as an administrator and perform the install, your client will not have access to the software.

First we’ll log into our computer under our own user account.

2. Download the Installer from FasterLaw.com

Next, we’ll open up an internet browser and navigate to www.FasterLaw.com.

Once the page loads, we’ll click the "Free Download" button to start downloading the most recent version of the software. Depending on your internet speed, this download may take a moment.

3. Run the Installer

Now that the download is finished, we can go ahead and run the downloaded file. If you're using Chrome, just click the button for the file in the bottom left corner. If you’re using a different web browser, your download may show up in a different location.

Faster Suite will now begin installing. We may receive antivirus or administrator prompts during this process; we’ll go ahead and allow them.

4. Log into Faster Suite using your Clio Credentials

After Faster Suite finishes its installation, it will launch automatically and prompt us to select our region. We’ll make sure to select the same region that we use to log into Clio, then enter our Clio credentials in the login page that appears.

When prompted to allow Faster Suite Access to Clio, we’ll click to confirm. After a few moments the loading window will disappear and a black bar will appear at the top of the screen. This black bar is called the Faster Ribbon and indicates that Faster Suite is running and ready to use.
