It is rare, but on occasion Faster Suite may not function as intended. Any time computer software doesn't behave the way we would expect, a good first troubleshooting step is a simple reboot. In the case of Faster Suite, this is the procedure I recommend.
Exit and Log out
From the Faster Suite ribbon click on Faster Suite>Exit>Exit and Log Out
Allow this dialogue to finish doing its work and close on its own so that all your settings will be saved back to Clio
Log out of Clio
Open Clio in your browser and on the bottom left click on your name and choose sign out
Close all applications
Once you are completely signed out of Clio I recommend that you manually close every open application/window that you have open to ensure that you don't lose any work when you do your computer restart.
Reboot
Once the Faster Suite dialogue has closed on its own, you are ready to reboot by clicking start and the power button and restart
Restart Faster Suite
After your computer is successfully rebooted you can relaunch Faster Suite from the start menu or in many cases it will relaunch itself automatically after a successful reboot
Because I clicked Exit and Log out when I closed Faster Suite, I will need to enter my Clio Manage credentials again by clicking North America and then entering my user name and password
Test
Once Faster Suite finishes loading it should now resume working the way that you're used to.
