Accidentally deleted a file? It happens to the best of us.
If you’ve accidentally deleted a file from Faster Drive, it’s moved to a Trash folder. Clio will keep these trashed items for up to 30 days so you can easily recover them.
Recovering deleted files
To recover a deleted file, we’ll open the Documents tab on the Faster Ribbon and click the arrow underneath the Restore button. We can then select Show Deleted Items. Now when we view files in Faster Drive, any recently deleted files will be displayed with (DELETED) in front of their file name. We can simply drag this item to the restore button to recover it.
