If you have the (Client Files) folder turned on and it's not showing up only for specific clients, this is usually because there are multiple clients with the exact same name in Clio and Faster Drive doesn't know which folder to display.
If those entries are two separate clients with the same name, simply enter a middle name or some other identifying information to differentiate them to Faster Drive. If they are the same client, you can merge them in Clio and delete the duplicate.
Once the duplicates are removed, the (Client Files) folder should appear as normal.
