Issue
We are aware of an issue that causes files in Clio to not display in Faster Drive. When trying to create a new folder or file in the folder that is not displaying, Windows will notify you of "Error 0x8000FFFF: Catastrophic Failure"
Cause
This issue is caused by file names in Clio containing emojis. These special characters cause a disruption in data being displayed on Windows File Explorer.
Workaround
Until this is resolved, users are encouraged to delete any emojis or similar special characters from file names in Clio.
