Issue
We are aware of an issue that is causing Faster Suite Browser Link users to have trouble opening files from Clio and emailed links. To correct and/or work around this, try one of the following:
1. Enable Faster Files
Some users have repaired the function of the Faster Suite Browser Link by disabling the Faster Drive option in the Browser Link settings. To find this option, go to the ribbon and:
- Click Faster Suite > Settings > Cloud Drive > Browser Link
- Under the heading "Opening Files", select Faster Files from the drop-down menu.
- Then click "Save + Close". You should now be able to open files directly from Clio.
2. Open the document from Faster Drive
Click "My Files" on the Faster Suite ribbon to show the Clio Cloud Drive. Here you can use Windows File Explorer to find and open the desired file.
