The Browser Link update is live!
If Browser Link isn't already enabled on your computer, please follow the instructions here to enable it.
ISSUE:
Users are reporting that the blue Launcher Link icons in Clio are not opening documents with Faster Drive as intended. Instead, a loading windows appears and quickly disappears.
CAUSE:
On 6/7/19, Clio encrypted their Clio Launcher Links so Faster Drive is no longer able to open them the same way that it did previously.
RESOLUTION:
Our developers are actively working on an update to our Browser Extension to fix this, but in the meantime, users can enable the Browser Extension and click the document name to open the documents with Faster Drive instead of clicking the Launcher Link.
