We are aware of an issue affecting certain clients that have their date format set in Windows to anything other than yyyy-MM-dd. This is related to license validation in a third party component that Faster Suite uses. A bug report has been opened with the third party company.
Until this issue is resolved, as a work around you can change your date settings to match the above format. See below for instructions on how to do so.

1. Open the Start menu and type "Date", then click "Date & time settings".
2. Scroll down to the "Formats" section and click "Change date and time formats".
3. From the drop-down called "Short date", select "yyyy-MM-dd".
4. Exit and reopen Faster Suite
