Unable to save templates / Documents not generating properly from templates

Users have reported not being able to save new templates to the My Firm's Templates folder in Faster Drive, as well as having issues with the From Templates feature in Faster Suite.

This is a known issue and is currently being investigated by Clio's API team under Clio Ticket ID 898922.
