Unable to save templates

RESOLVED:  Version 2023.07.22 of Faster Suite resolves this issue.  Please visit www.fasterlaw.com and click the Free Download button to download the most recent version of Faster Suite.


ISSUE: There is currently a known issue where some users are unable to edit/save templates to the templates folder inside of Faster Suite directly Via MS Word.


WORKAROUND: This video demonstrates the current workaround to this issue.



If you need to create a new template, create it locally on your computer and then click/drag it into the templates folder inside of Faster Drive.


If you need to revise an existing template...

  • Copy it locally to your computer
  • Make your revisions
  • Copy (or move) it back to the templates folder in Faster Drive
  • Choose to replace the file


RESOLUTION: We are working on an update to Faster Suite to resolve this issue.
