In most situations, when Faster Suite encounters an error, it will write a message to the Windows Event Log. To view this information, click on the Start menu, type "Event Viewer" and then press enter.
In the Event Viewer, expand Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application and look for "Application Errors" as shown in the image below.

When you're sorting through information, here are a few things to be aware of:
1. Multiple applications can create Application Errors.
2. Faster Suite errors will almost always have "Faster Suite" or "AlphaDrive" in the name.
3. If an error has already happened once in a Faster Suite session, it may not re-write the same error twice. This means you may need to look at the date/time the error originally happened for the full details.
Once you have this information, it will make troubleshooting the error much easier.
