This process should be done by a Faster Law Support Technician
The process described in this section is designed to allow a Faster Law software developer to connect to your computer and get detailed diagnostics information about how the software is running. This is used for advanced troubleshooting
1. Install Visual Studio Remote Debugging Tools
Go to this link and download and install Visual Studio Remote Debugging Tools for either x86 or x64:

2. Enable Remote Access to Debugging Tools
In Windows, "Run Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security". Select "Inbound Rules" and enable all "File and Printer Sharing" rules.
3. Install TeamViewer
Go to https://www.TeamViewer.com/ and download and install the latest version of TeamViewer. When installing, indicate that it is for personal use.
4. Install TeamViewer VPN
In TeamViewer, go to Extras > Options
Then go to Advanced > Install VPN Driver
5. Connect with a Faster Law Engineer
Provide the TeamViewer ID and access code to a Faster Law software engineer for further diagnosis.
