Advanced Troubleshooting
This should be done by an IT professional or a Faster Law Engineer.
Sometimes if there is a technical issue that needs to be investigated, it is helpful to be able to monitor the communications between Faster Suite and Clio.  In order to do that, a software product named "Fiddler" must be installed and configured.

1. Install Fiddler

Fiddler can be downloaded and installed from the following link:
https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler

2. Enable HTTPS Decryption

1.  In Fiddler, Select Tools > Options.
2. Select the HTTPS tab.
3. Check "Decrypt HTTPS Traffic".
4. You will be prompted with various alerts indicating that you are about to trust the Fiddler root certificate. The alerts will indicate that this is not recommended, however, you must accept/install the certificates.

NOTE: If you have experienced errors trying to install the certificate, the "Decrypt HTTPS Traffic" check box may be checked even through the necessary certificate is not installed. To attempt to reinstall the certificate, click on the "Actions" button and select "Trust Root Certificate".

3. Verify Installation

Once the above steps are complete, please login to Clio.  If the steps above were completely successfully, Fiddler will show the decrypted HTTPS traffic between your browser and Clio.
