If you've updated to a new version of Faster Suite and some of your settings have been lost, you can manually reconfigure them in the settings menu. The following steps will allow you to find how you previously had your settings configured in case you don't know or can't remember.
First, open your registry editor by clicking the Start button, typing "regedit", and clicking the option that says "Run command".
First, open your registry editor by clicking the Start button, typing "regedit", and clicking the option that says "Run command".
From here, navigate to the "AlphaDrive for Clio" folder. This is located under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Mediated Communications > AlphaDrive for Clio.
Inside the AlphaDrive for Clio folder, find the version that you were previously on. This will normally be the second item from the bottom but could be different depending on what versions you've installed and when.
Click on the version folder instead of expanding it. This will display a list of all settings from that version and your last configuration. Just find the setting you can't remember in the list and look at the value in the "Data" column.
Now that you've located the configuration of your previous settings, you can go into Faster Suite settings in the version you are currently running and change the setting to match your previous selection.
