ISSUE
Users have reported receiving an error message similar to the one below resulting in inability to save Adobe PDF files to the Clio Cloud Drive. This is not a Faster Suite error rather an issue with Windows File Explorer.
RESOLUTION
Deactivate the preview pane in Windows File Explorer. To deactivate the preview pane perform the following steps:
- Open Windows File Explorer
- Navigate to "View" tab
- Click the "Preview Pane" button so that it is no longer highlighted and you cannot see previews.
