Faster Drive: "Show Deleted Items" not working

Issue

We are aware of an issue causing the "Show Deleted Items" button in Faster Drive to be unresponsive.  This issue is present in version 20.10.07 but may appear in other versions as well.


Workaround

Until this issue is resolved, users can recover deleted documents directly through Clio.  More information on this process can be found on Clio's Help Center.
