What is Faster Drive?

Faster Drive is the drive component of Faster Suite, accessible via 'My Files' on the Faster Suite ribbon or any Windows directory. It's listed under 'This PC' as 'Clio Cloud Drive,' often mounted as the A drive and therefore referred to simply as the A drive in many cases.  The A drive provides access to your Clio documents as if they were stored locally.

The first several layers of folders are managed by Faster Suite and are organizational. For example, clicking 'Open' will list contacts with at least one open matter. Selecting a contact displays their open matters. In the matter folder, you'll find actual folders and documents that exist in Clio.

The A drive functions like any Windows directory. You can create, rename, delete, and refolder documents and folders. You can easily save directly to Clio by utilizing the A drive.

You can move into the A drive or to a different folder within the A drive by using drag-and-drop.

Faster Drive provides Clio document access with the convenience of local storage.
