Clio Cloud Drive Not Loading after Windows Update

Faster Suite is currently experiencing issues with a recent Windows Update that has caused issues with properly loading the Clio Cloud Drive. Our development team is working quickly to resolve this issue. In the meantime, users are advised to open documents directly from Clio's webapp where you can still access and edit documents from.

If you are having issues opening up a document from Clio's webapp, please locate the setting and switch over from Faster Drive to Faster Files. This will load document from cached data rather than from the Faster Drive.


You should be able to then open documents using the Faster Suite Launcher or through the Edit Document dropdown option:
