By default, Faster Mail will automatically prompt you with the window shown below any time you send an email using Outlook.
If you would prefer to manually save your emails instead of being prompted to save them, you can disable this function in Faster Suite Settings:
Go to Faster Suite >Settings>Microsoft Outlook
Un-check all boxes under This computer should prompt me to preserve emails that are sent from:
Click Save and Close
