The prompt to preserve emails only comes up when the sent item is saved to the Sent folder. If an Outlook user has selected the option "When replying to a message that is not in the inbox, save the reply in the same folder", the Faster Mail prompt does not arrive.

This issue has been resolved.
Faster Mail will now prompt you to preserve sent emails even when this setting in Outlook is checked.
