We are aware of an issue that causes Faster Mail to only preserve the email you're sending when replying using the "Reply" button located on the preview pane. Until this is resolved, users should instead open the email and use the "Reply" in the actual email.

This issue has been resolved.
Faster Mail will now prompt you to preserve an email sent when using the "Reply" or "Reply All" buttons on the preview pane.
