This error is related to how Windows 7 handled Faster Drive's cloud drive mapping.

RESOLUTION:

Windows 7 has reached its end of life and is no longer supported by Microsoft and therefore not recommended for use with Faster Suite. You should upgrade to Windows 10 or Windows 11. Please read this Microsoft article for more information.

If your current computer is not capable of running Windows 10, we recommend you upgrade your system to one meeting our recommended specifications.
