Some users have reported an issue with Faster Mail's preservation window not appearing after sending emails and when clicking the Preserve Emails button. This seems to be caused by corrupted data files that are linked to Outlook.
To resolve this issue, check all data files linked to Outlook to make sure they are working correctly. If one doesn't load correctly or an error comes up when trying to expand the mailbox, you should remove the data file from Outlook or contact your IT company to investigate. Once the data file is removed or repaired, Faster Mail should begin functioning correctly.
