Selecting Clio Region in Faster Suite does not prompt for Clio Login

When launching Faster Suite, you may be prompted to log in. First you will have to select your region so we can direct you to the correct login page for Clio. 


If nothing happens when selecting the region, you may be missing a component of Microsoft Windows that enables us to call up your web browser. To fix this, please update Windows to the most recent version.


1: Update Windows

Make sure that Windows is up to date. Click the Windows Start Button and go to Settings > Update and Security, then click "Check for Updates". Windows will present any available updates. If there are any, click "Download and install now".
