Policies: Third Party Integration Policy

Modified on Wed, 17 May, 2023 at 3:16 PM

Faster Law is a small team that supports many customers across the world.  Because we are a small team with limited resources, we must be hyper-vigilant about the systems we choose to integrate with and the methodologies we use for integration.

Connectivity

Faster Law will prefer publicly available connectivity methods in order push and pull data into and out of your system.  In the event that you provide alternate/internal/private connectivity methods to Faster Law, Faster Law may, at its discretion, leverage these connectivity methods.

Once Faster Law has established connectivity with your system, we will prefer the established connectivity method over any alternatives that may become available unless Faster Law deems that the alternative methods provide a clear and substantial benefit to Faster Law or its customers.

Uptime & Reliability

Faster Law expects that your system will be accessible and operation at least 99% of the time.  In the event that your services are interrupted is offline for more than 88 hours (~1% of a year) within a trailing 365-day period, Faster Law may discontinue integrating with your system.

Unexpected/Undesirable Behavior

In the event that Faster Law discovers a bug in your system or Faster Law observes a behavior that it believes is unexpected or undesirable, Faster Law will notify your organization through the most-appropriate means provided by your organization (support ticket, phone call, etc.).  Once notification has been provided, we expect dialog regarding the issue to begin within 1 business day and for the issue to be resolved within 30 calendar days.

In the event that you have not provided a resolution within 30 calendar days, Faster Law may leverage  other methods or implement alternate methodologies as workarounds.

Once Faster Law has created a workaround for your system, we will prefer the established workaround over any alternatives that may become available unless Faster Law deems that the alternative methods provide a clear and substantial benefit to Faster Law or its customers.
