Policies: Subscription Policy/Purchase Policy

At Faster Law, we want to be sure that you are completely happy with our software prior to accepting any payment from you.  To this end, we offer a risk-free and fully featured 7-day trial term at absolutely no cost. This allows you to be 100% certain our software meets your needs prior to subscribing to a license.

When you subscribe to a license, you will subscribe for a specified number of seats for a specified duration.  A “seat” will allow one human to use the software on one device at a time.  Multiple humans may not share login credentials or devices without first acquiring additional seats.

After your subscription is processed, your license will be active for the duration of the subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew each year for your previously-licensed seat count at the prevailing price-per-seat at the time of renewal unless a different term and scope is agreed to by the parties at the time of renewal or unless either party provides written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before commencement of the next subscription term.

When adding seats to your subscription, we will ensure the renewal date for all seats remains co-terminal by prorating the additional year of seat time across all active seats.  For example, if your current subscription has 6 seats with 10 days left on their license (60 seat-days) and you add a 7th seat, your subscription will be updated to reflect 7 seats with approximately 60 days remaining ((60+365) / 7).  When you add seats to your subscription, we will inform you of your new subscription renewal date.

You may remove any or all seats from your subscription at any point prior to the 30-day commencement of your next subscription term. When removing seats from your subscription, the seats will still be available to you for the duration of your current subscription period but will not renew as part of your subsequent term.  

It is your responsibility to remove unwanted seats from your subscription prior to the 30-day commencement of your next subscription term.  No refunds or prorated credits will be available for any reason including inactive, unassigned, or unused seats subscriptions.

In the event of non-payment or chargebacks we may utilize legal intervention to collect and we reserve the right to add legal fees, court costs, and interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
