Faster Lawcademy: Video Tutorial 1.2.1
The following is a video tutorial.  For the best experience, click the "Full Screen" button while watching this video.

What is the Faster Ribbon?

The Faster RIbbon is the black bar that is displayed at the top of your primary monitor any time Faster Suite is running.  Other windows will maximize to the bottom of the Faster Ribbon so it shouldn’t ever cover anything up or get in the way.

The Minimize Button

If we want to remove the Faster Ribbon from the top of the screen, we can click the minimize button on the far right side of the Faster Ribbon. While minimized, the Faster Ribbon can be restored by finding and double clicking the Faster Suite icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen.
Located on the left side of the Faster Ribbon are some drop-down menus that allow us to launch different features in Faster Suite.

Faster Suite: Contains Faster Suite’s Global Settings, the Exit button for closing Faster Suite, and other general resources.

Mail and Documents: All of Faster Suite’s email and document related features.

New: Several features used to create new entries in Clio right from Faster Suite.

Migrations: Tools used to import documents to Clio.

Help: Resources for support and training.

Shortcuts

To the right of the drop-down menus, we see some shortcuts to quickly take some common actions.

Preserve Email: A quick way to launch Faster Mail.

My Files: Open up Windows File Explorer navigated to the Clio Cloud Drive.

My Clio: Open a new web browser tab navigated to Clio's dashboard.

Refresh: Tell Faster Suite to check to make sure it has the most recent information from Clio.
