Need a Support or Training Session with a Faster Suite Technician?

Let’s take a look at how to get in contact with a Faster Suite Support Specialist.

Training and support from Faster Law is free, so don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything you need help with!

If you’re running Faster Suite, you can easily contact us using both of the following methods by clicking the “Help” drop-down on the Faster Ribbon and selecting “Ask a question” or “Schedule Support Session”.

Open a ticket with Faster Law

If you would like a Faster Suite Support Specialist to call you as soon as possible, you can send an email to  Be sure to include the best phone number to reach you at!

Schedule a call with Faster Law

Or if you have a busy day and you would like a specialist to call at a specific time, you can schedule an appointment.

Just go to and click the “Phone” button.  On this page we’ll be shown a calendar and we can select a date and time that works for a call, then enter any relevant information in the form that appears and click “Schedule Appointment”.

Whichever way you choose to contact Faster Law, a support specialist will call you at the phone number provided.  If it’s necessary to share your screen, the support specialist will walk you through opening Faster Suite’s built-in screen share app.
