Accounting Export is really easy to use!
First, have your staff add time entries into Clio just like they always would:

When you're ready to do an export, just click "New" on the Faster Ribbon, then select "Accounting Export". Once the window opens, put check marks next to the records you want to export. If you want to search or filter, you can use the search box or the filter icons to do that.
Also, if you'd like to group similar records together, just drag the appropriate column headers to the "Group By" bar and they'll be automatically grouped as you specify. You can also use "Select all" to speed things up.
Once you've got all your records marked, just click "Export".

If they do not already exist, the Export will automatically create a contact named AlphaDrive and a matter named Accounting Export. The results of the export will be saved into a subfolder with the following name: YYYY\MM\DD (Year\Month\Day) and a filename that indicates the time:
If you're using Faster Drive, you can immediately load the export into Juris:
And if you're not, you can download the export from Clio and then load it into Juris.
