Users would like to see some changes to the tabs included in a request.
- Combine “Providers” and “Overview” tabs. There should be a separate entry on the main page for each provider. Add the fields from the “Providers” page to the overview page to reduce confusion
- The “Attachments” and “Dates” tabs should be combined. That way, when something is received, you can just attach the document that was received to that entry and see when it was received
