Some users have experienced issues with not having enough storage in their email account for all of their emails. In order to work around this, users are able to create a local storage location on their PC for Faster Mail to move emails to instead of their email account. To do this, follow the steps below.
Create a local OST file
1) From Outlook, go to File > Info > Account Settings and click "Account Settings... "
2) Navigate to the Data Files tab and click "Add... "
3) Give the OST a name such as "Faster Mail" or "Archive" and click "OK"
4) Click "Close"
Configure Faster Mail to save to the new OST
1) Go to Faster Suite > Settings > Message Preservation > Outlook Cleanup
2) Make sure you have "After an email has been saved to Clio:" set to "Organize the email into a folder inside Outlook".
3) From the drop-down titled "And save it to:", select "The following account".
4) From the new drop-down, click the downwards pointing arrow on the right and select the new folder you've created.

After following these steps, Faster Mail will save any newly preserved emails to the new OST file instead of your email account and use storage on your local PC.
