Users would like the fields on the overview page of a request to be changed to display more relevant fields, while removing fields that are less important:
- Remove “Status” and “Next Steps” columns
- Add column for “Records” that would display a list of records associated with that line item
- Add column for “To” and “From” for the records displayed in the “Records” column
- Add column called “Attachments” that displays an icon that you can click to bring you to the Attachments/Dates tab as well as an icon that brings you to the folder for these attachments in Faster Drive (This folder is mentioned in the feature request for additional folders in Faster Drive)
