Faster Snippets: Turn off Cash Coaching

Cash Coaching is an optional feature in Faster Suite that is designed to help correct minor "style errors" that many legal professionals make such as referring to clients as "client" or using abbreviations and contractions like "tcwc" or "won't".

When a client sees a billing entry that says "Spoke with client", they feel anonymous.  When they see "tcwc" on a bill, they feel confused.  While terms like these may be acceptable for interoffice communications, your goal when billing a client is to make them feel good about paying you and that won't happen if they think you don't care or if they have questions about what they're actually paying you for.

If you still feel that Cash Coaching isn't a valuable tool for you or for your firm, it can be disabled by navigating to Faster Suite > Settings > Text Snippets > Cash Coaching and unchecking the boxes shown below.
