Issue
We are aware of an issue with Pacer Saver not functioning properly. Pacer Saver will use the first look from the Pacer website but does not attach the corresponding PDF to the email nor save the PDF to it's matter in Clio.
Recommendation
While Faster Suite developers work on this issue, we recommend that Pacer Saver be turned off so the free first look is not used.
