Faster Time: Word docs created outside Faster Drive and then saved in Faster Drive create two separate time entries

We are aware of an issue that created two separate entries for Word docs.  If a user opens Word and creates a new document, then later saves the document to Faster Drive, Faster Time will create a time entry under "Unknown" for the time spent working on the document before saving, then create a new time entry for the time spent working after saving the document.
