Recent Google Chrome update is causing Chrome to occasionally turn grey and display a "Not Responding" message. We are investigating a solution but wanted to provide a workaround in the mean time.
Workaround #1: Disable Chrome Time Tracking
Navigate to Faster Suite > Settings > Revenue Generation > Time Recovery > Web Browsers
On this screen under Web Browsers, uncheck the "Google Chrome" checkbox and click "Save + Close" on the Settings window for this change to lock in.
Workaround #2: Use Chromium Edge
Chromium Edge is our recommended browser because it is faster and more reliable than Google Chrome.
