When an Employee has been Terminated

Changing an Employee's Password will not revoke their Faster Suite Access
If an employee is no longer with your firm, you should deactivate their Clio account by going to Settings > Users and deactivating their Clio account.  This will remove their access to Faster Suite.

When a Device has been Lost

The instructions in this article should be followed if you ever lose a computer that has Faster Suite installed on it.
Please be aware that this process will disable Faster Suite on all devices for a Clio user.  Once you have followed this process, re-authenticate Faster Suite on any devices that you wish to continue using.
To remotely revoke access to Faster Suite, please follow these steps.

First, log into Clio and go to Settings > Apps as shown in the image below:

Deleting Faster Suite is safe to do
Deleting Faster Suite through Clio only revoke's Faster Suite's access to Clio.  It does not delete any files, folders, or data that have been uploaded into Clio through Faster Suite.
Now find "Faster Suite" (formerly AlphaDrive) in the list of Apps and delete it as shown in the image below:

This will immediately revoke Faster Suite's access to Clio on all devices that are using this user account.  If you want to use Faster Suite on a new device, just install and use Faster Suite on that device.

Please note that if you do this process, any copies of Faster Suite that are running will not exit (the program will not automatically close), however, their access will be revoked and all operations (such as opening/deleting files) will no longer function correctly.
