You will need to download the newest version of Faster Suite and reauthorize it to your Clio account.

I stand behind the measures Clio took to ensure the security of Faster Law’s suite of services.

Faster Suite is back online and I want to explain my recent decisions and actions.

The choices I made violated your trust. I lied to Clio about selling Faster Law, causing unnecessary confusion, and our systems accessed more of Clio’s customer data than was needed to run the Faster Suite integration. Clio took the necessary steps to ensure the security of our shared customers. Their decision to cut off Faster Law’s API access when they identified a security risk was the right decision, and one I would have made if I was in their shoes.

As a customer of Clio, you should be thankful they took the actions they did. Clio helped me make the necessary security updates to get Faster Suite back up and running, and you will now be able to download an updated version, which you will need to reauthorize. I apologize for the impact my actions have had over the last two days and will be working with Clio to ensure such an outage does not occur again.
