Users would like the ability to have Faster Snippets automatically attach a document to an email.
One could add an "attach document" block to a snippet that would prompt you to select a document on the matter selection window when using a snippet. The user then could browse for a document and the browse interface would already be open to the matter folder for the selected matter in the snippet window to speed up navigation.
Users would also like to be able to customize this block to specify a folder or document inside the matter folder to automatically select that folder or document to be attached. The block would have a field that could be filled out with "foldername\subfoldername\document.docx". If the path is a folder, the folder would be automatically opened from the matter folder selected in the Snippet screen, or if the path points to a document, that document would be selected.
