Faster Mail: What is Faster Mail?

Faster Mail is an email preservation tool for Outlook.  Not only will Faster Mail save a full copy of each email to Clio, but it will also automatically organize your inbox so you know exactly where to find anything you need related to a specific matter.

When an email is saved to Clio using Faster Mail, it is saved as a full email file, that way anyone at your firm with access to the matter can view a full copy of the email with attachments, and reply or forward it even if they weren’t a recipient on the email.

This chapter will discuss how to use Faster Mail to file emails and cover the settings we can configure to get Faster Mail working to match our specific needs.  We’ll also cover the answers to some common questions related to email filing and working with Faster Mail in general.
