Creating a New Expense Entry from Faster Suite

Faster Suite makes it really easy to create expense entries in Clio right from the Faster Ribbon!

First we’ll go to New on the Faster Ribbon, then select Expense Entry.

From here, we can simply enter a description for the entry, then select the matter to create the entry for from the list on the bottom.

On the right, we can enter a rate and quantity for the expense, and optionally choose a vendor, expense code, expense category, date, and user.  If the date and user fields are left blank, Faster Suite will automatically fill in today’s date and select the user creating the entry.

When we’re done filling in this screen we can simply click Save to create the expense entry in Clio.
